Greenfields Quadraplex
Three of the four units have been completely renovated and we are now at 100% occupancy with long term leases. New kitchen cabinets, new appliances, new bathrooms, and flooring and we are currently making repairs and updates to the exterior of the building. We replaced the heat/ac units in two of the apartments. The wooden privacy fence had seen better days so we brightened up the property with new PVC patio fencing.
